Area Sales Manager (ASM)

As a Business Manager in the manufacturing industry of Biodiesel from Liquid Waste, your primary responsibility will involve Business Development and Marketing. Your excellent Communication and Presentation skills will be crucial in generating leads through calls, including cold calls and contacts. You will follow up for meetings with UCO officers, Consultants, and Associates. Fieldwork will be essential for acquiring new vendors, specifically targeting Food business operators and Snack Manufacturers who are Bulk Producers. Concept Selling and New Client Acquisition will be the main focus of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Business Development and Marketing, with a focus on Concept Selling - Generating Leads through calls and follow-ups - Acquiring new vendors in the food industry - Liaising with Sales Team for vendor follow-ups and requests - Monitoring vendor services for smooth functioning Key Skills: - New Business Development - Concept Sales - New Client Acquisition - Training the Vendors In addition to the above, you will be expected to possess good communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and the local language. Proactiveness, Self-Motivation, and Relationship Building are desirable traits along with being a good team leader. Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint is also required.
