Role Overview: As an Area Sales Manager for Dhoti and Shirt Collection, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Field Marketing Executives. Your role will involve providing guidance, training, and task assignments to ensure the successful promotion and sales of the collection. You will oversee brand promotion activities, retailer and distributor management, event execution, customer engagement, sales support, market research, and brand visibility efforts. Additionally, you will be required to track team performance, report on activities, and suggest strategy improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of Field Marketing Executives, providing guidance, training, and task assignments. - Oversee brand promotion at events, exhibitions, and cultural festivals to drive brand awareness and sales. - Build relationships with retailers and ensure proper stock levels and promotions for Dhoti and Shirt collections. - Plan and execute field events like pop-up stores and fashion shows to showcase the collection. - Oversee customer interactions, gather feedback, and promote loyalty programs. - Assist in driving sales through direct engagement and follow-up with leads. - Monitor competitors and market trends, providing actionable insights for marketing strategies. - Increase brand awareness through local campaigns, influencer partnerships, and distributing promotional materials. - Track team performance, report on activities, and suggest strategy improvements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, with 1-2 years in a leadership role, preferably in fashion or traditional attire. - Strong leadership, communication, event management, and market research abilities. - Passion for traditional wear and knowledge of Dhoti and Shirt collections. Please note that the job is full-time and permanent with benefits such as leave encashment, provident fund, performance bonus, and yearly bonus. The work location is in person with a day shift schedule.
