Job Description

As an experienced professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience in basmati rice sales within the rice industry, your role will focus on developing and executing sales strategies to meet area sales targets for rice products. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing distributor and dealer networks to ensure stock availability and timely replenishment - Building strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and key B2B customers - Leading and monitoring a field sales team to track performance - Driving market expansion and acquiring new customers - Conducting regular market visits to gather competitor insights and customer feedback - Coordinating with production and logistics departments to ensure timely dispatch of products - Generating monthly sales reports and forecasts Your participation in trade fairs and promotional campaigns is expected in order to contribute to the overall growth of the business.
