Area Sales Manager (ASM) (Derma Division) - (Skin Care- Sales)- Chennai

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be the face of the brand and product, focusing on driving sales growth, creating engagements, and ensuring correct product usage in clinics to maintain optimal stock levels for treatment. Your responsibilities include: - Territory Mapping: Create, maintain, and update a list of potential customers in your assigned territory. - Potential Mapping: Identify quick-converting customers and prioritize coverage for them. - Daily Field Calls Planning: Develop coverage plans and plan demos/education sessions with technical support. - Carry the necessary tools for customer interactions and conversions. - Achieve set targets for your area and report daily activities, customer interactions, and conversions. - Adhere to reporting formats and processes set by the Head Office. - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. - Encourage clients to choose DPW products for their practice needs. - Collaborate with technical support to organize demos and training sessions. - Ensure customers are comfortable with product usage. - Implement sales and marketing strategies for your assigned territory. - Conduct training sessions for doctors, FGWs, and institutions to drive revenue growth. - Possess good knowledge of products, scientific benefits, merits, pricing, and competitor products. - Maintain records, collect customer and market feedback, and report as required. - Plan stockist-wise primary/secondary monthly targets. - Uphold and enhance the company's image at all times.
