Job Description:

Balaji Product is looking for a dedicated and experienced Area Sales Manager for Amroha District to expand our distributor network and increase market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and appoint new distributors across Amroha District.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with newly appointed distributors.
• Guide distributors on daily sales activities and ensure product availability in the market.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance and customer feedback.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report market insights to the management.
• Ensure visibility and promotion of Balaji Product in retail stores.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum education: MBA.
• At least 5 year of experience in FMCG or field sales preferred.
• Must be familiar with Amroha District’s local market.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Must own a 2-wheeler for field work.
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
