Role - Area Sales Manager

Product - Two Wheeler Loan

Manages sales operations in a territory, focusing on dealer network expansion, sales team management, target achievement, and market penetration for two-wheeler loan products. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, recruiting and training dealerships and sales teams, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, ensuring process and documentation compliance, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive loan disbursal volumes. 

• Dealer Network Management:

  Empanel new dealers, DSAs (Direct Selling Agents), and DSTs (Direct Sales Teams) to expand market reach and ensure optimal inventory and sales forecasts.   

• Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:

  Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for loan disbursals in terms of quantity and quality.   

• Team Management & Training:

  Recruit, train, and motivate sales teams and dealership personnel on product knowledge, company policies, market changes, and effective sales processes.   

• Market Analysis:

  Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, product offerings, and local market intelligence to identify new opportunities and challenges.   

• Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing teams, key channel partners, dealers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.   

• Process & Compliance:

  Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOPs), process compliance, and proper documentation for loan applications and approvals.   

• Business Development:

  Oversee promotional activities, drive market penetration, and ensure brand and product visibility at dealership outlets.   

• Portfolio Quality:

  Monitor the health and quality of the loan portfolio, ensuring healthy and compliant loan sourcing.   

• Reporting & Forecasting:

  Monitor budget achievements, prepare forecasts, and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
