Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • ASM-FSD- Will be allotted area and generate new business as well as, will be responsible for primary/Secondary sales from Distributors.
  • Identify incremental business opportunities by acquiring new FS Accounts and increase revenue for company in the respective location.
  • Ensure representation of clients, communicating with the key customers of as required on matters, till such time the implementation is done and handover to concern distributor or Depot/BDE.
  • Build relationship with key customers to position, the company to leverage business opportunities in respective location.
  • Acquire new clients in his respective geographical scope.
  • Monitor achieve KPI's determined upon market condition.
  • To understand Dynamics of primary secondary sales, steam lining new appointment of FS exclusive distribution network and also synchronize the working of BDE's.
  • Improve relationship with existing FS distributors, key customers, Big Government institutions by providing them right products and company of the services and address their issues resolve them in time.
  • Give rates to distributors and take booking from them, also send proposal to key customers.
  • Guide the BDE's and help them in Day-to-Day working.
  • Arrange weekly meeting to monitor- Weekly- Primary/secondary / New customers enhancement of the customers.
  • Inventory management of the distributors and products sampling with prospective customers.
  • Daily Calling of (3 New Call/4 Follow Up Calls/ 3 courtesy Calls) Customers Data Management.
  • Products sampling with prospective customers.

ASM Eligibility Criteria

  • MBA in Marketing with 8+ experience . In Institutional sales, HoReCa/Food Service business.
