Responsibilities: ASM-FSD- Will be allotted area and generate new business as well as, will be responsible for primary/Secondary sales from Distributors. Identify incremental business opportunities by acquiring new FS Accounts and increase revenue for company in the respective location. Ensure representation of clients, communicating with the key customers of as required on matters, till such time the implementation is done and handover to concern distributor or Depot/BDE. Build relationship with key customers to position, the company to leverage business opportunities in respective location. Acquire new clients in his respective geographical scope. Monitor achieve KPI's determined upon market condition. To understand Dynamics of primary secondary sales, steam lining new appointment of FS exclusive distribution network and also synchronize the working of BDE's. Improve relationship with existing FS distributors, key customers, Big Government institutions by providing them right products and company of the services and address their issues resolve them in time. Give rates to distributors and take booking from them, also send proposal to key customers. Guide the BDE's and help them in Day-to-Day working. Arrange weekly meeting to monitor- Weekly- Primary/secondary / New customers enhancement of the customers. Inventory management of the distributors and products sampling with prospective customers. Daily Calling of (3 New Call/4 Follow Up Calls/ 3 courtesy Calls) Customers Data Management. Products sampling with prospective customers. ASM Eligibility Criteria MBA in Marketing with 8+ experience . In Institutional sales, HoReCa/Food Service business.
