Sales Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and present area performance reports, including sales, stock, and competition analysis. Ensure compliance with company policies regarding pricing, credit limits, and collections. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Area sales target achievement (primary and secondary). Growth in market share and coverage. Performance of TSMs and channel partners. Timely collections and distributor ROI management. Successful execution of marketing strategies. Qualifications and Skills Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business/Commerce or a related field; MBA preferred. Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales in FMEG/ Telecom /consumer durables industry.
