Area Sales Executive

Job brief

We are looking for a skilled Area Sales Executive to oversee the relationship’s of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.

The ideal candidate will be be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.

The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
• Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
• Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
• Promote and market the company's products and services to potential clients
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
• Travel to various locations for client meetings and product demonstrations
• Execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends
• Prepare and submit regular marketing reports and updates to the management team

Requirements and skills

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Sales,business management, or a related field from a recognized university

2. Minimum 1 years of experience in sales or marketing (freshers welcome)

3. Fluency in communication, strong convincing skills, and a team player mindset

4. Male & Female candidates required due to field sales/marketing responsibilities

5. Experience in product demonstrations and upselling (preferred)

6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

7. Strong understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behavior

8. Must own or have access to a two-wheeler for work purposes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
