Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Area Sales Executive. The responsibilities include managing sales operations effectively within the assigned territory, achieving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with distributors and retailers, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves analyzing market trends and competitors to develop strategies for expanding market reach and conducting regular reviews to track progress.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in sales management, including achieving targets and growing market share.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, retailers, and distributors.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to monitor market trends and devise effective sales strategies.
• Good knowledge of FMCG products (especially organic foods) and experience working in the food industry is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in managing a distribution network and product penetration strategies.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work independently and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• Relevant experience in sales or marketing within retail or organic food sectors is an added advantage, Minimum of 4 years
