Job Title: Sales Executive – Wealth Management (MOFSL Franchise) About Us: We are a franchise partner of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd (MOFSL). We offer Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Insurance, Loans and complete financial guidance to clients. We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive. Key Responsibilities: Acquire new clients through calls, visits, networking and referrals Sell financial products: Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Insurance, Loans Understand client goals and recommend suitable investments Maintain long-term client relationships Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Support clients with onboarding, documentation and KYC Coordinate with MOFSL support teams for service and product updates Maintain follow-up records, CRM and renewal tracking Requirements: Any degree (Finance/Business preferred) Experience in BFSI or financial product sales is a plus Strong communication and convincing skills Fast learner with proactive approach Self-driven and goal-oriented Optional Certifications: NISM (Mutual Funds / Investment Advisor) IRDA (Insurance) What We Offer: Good salary + incentives Training support from MOFSL Growth-focused and professional work environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
