Job description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned area.
  • Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and retailers in the aftermarket segment.
  • Build strong relationships with existing channel partners to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market shifts to recommend strategies.
  • Conduct regular field visits to track partner performance, provide product training, and resolve issues.
  • Ensure proper execution of promotions, schemes, and product launches in the territory.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Track sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights for forecasting and planning.
  • Ensure timely collections and credit control in the region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
