Job Description

Role: Social Media Executive – Marketing Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals and campaigns
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and engagement
Coordinate with design teams for creative assets (posts, videos, reels)
Execute paid ad campaigns and support lead generation efforts
Stay updated with trends, hashtags, and tools to increase online reach and visibility
Engage with the community, respond to comments/messages, and maintain brand tone

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or relevant field
1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
Strong command of English & Hindi (written and verbal)
Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Knowledge of the industrial/B2B sector is a plus
