We're on a mission to reach 1 crore book sales by December 31, 2025. Position Overview: We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Executives to drive sales, build strong relationships with vendors, school authorities, and distributors, and expand our brand's presence within a designated region. Key Responsibilities: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with vendors, bookstalls, and school partners. Drive offline sales through counters at schools, events, malls, and other strategic locations. Promote our storybook and its exclusive offers (e.g., water park and cinema discounts). Track, monitor, and report on sales performance and market feedback. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain vendor records. Plan and execute territory-wise sales campaigns and roadshows. Represent Max Publication at events, exhibitions, and tie-up meetings. Requirements: Proven field sales experience (Education, Publishing, or FMCG preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
