Area Sales Executive​

• Visit all retail and wholesale shops in Bardhhaman to introduce and promote Femisure sanitary napkin products.​
• Build and maintain relationships with shop owners, distributors, and dealers.​
• Achieve sales targets by generating orders and increasing product presence in stores.​
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to stakeholders.​
• Distribute samples, brochures, and promotional materials to increase brand awareness.
• Collect customer and market feedback to relay to management.​
• Monitor competitor activities and report findings to the company.​
• Participate in trade events and local brand activation activities.​
• Prepare daily reports on visits, sales, and feedback for management.​
• Travel extensively across Bardhhaman to cover assigned territory.​
• Qualifications & Skill
• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary or Graduate preferred.​
• Prior experience in sales or marketing (FMCG or hygiene products preferred).​
• Ownership of a two-wheeler and willingness to travel regularly.​
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.​
• Knowledge of local markets and stores is an advantage.​
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple shop visits per day.​
• Basic computer skills for reporting and communication.​

Projected Total Compensation: From ₹15,000.00 per month
