Job Summary:

Sales & Marketing professional

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per company goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, architects, and project consultants
.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports.
Prepare
sales reports, forecasts, and MIS
for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in
Civil Engineering / Chemical Engineering / B.Sc / B.Com / MBA (Marketing)
or related field.
1–5 years
of experience in sales and marketing within
construction chemicals, paints, cement, or building materials industry
.
Strong network of industry contacts in Lucknow and nearby regions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Willing to travel extensively within the region.
