Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Measure the potential of the assigned territory.
  • List all FMCG outlets using TSI, PSRs, and DSMs for accurate coverage.
  • Classify outlets based on predefined criteria.
  • Create route maps for optimal market coverage and efficient operations.
  • Manage both retail and wholesale channels effectively.
  • Monitor and manage distributor performance regularly.
  • Handle distributor claims promptly and accurately.
  • Achieve primary and secondary sales targets consistently.
  • Shortlist and recommend new distributors for appointment.
  • Report and resolve grievances and consumer complaints efficiently.
  • Implement scheme settlements as per company policies.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective merchandising at outlets.
  • Monitor activities of distributor salesmen, SRs, and TSIs.
  • Ensure availability of adequate funds (BG/SD) and infrastructure at distributor points.
  • Open new outlets and monitor their performance.
  • Plan and utilize BTL budgets for marketing activities.
  • Report competitor activities and market intelligence.
