We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Area Sales Executive to help scale our products across Vijayawada. Job Description: As an Area Sales Executive , you will be responsible for driving sales, distribution, and visibility across a designated territory. You will build relationships with retailers, restaurants, cafes, colleges, and other high-traffic outlets while ensuring timely stock replenishment and activation of promotional campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow sales in the assigned territory to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, restaurants, cafes, colleges, and other key outlets. Conduct product sampling, in-store promotions, and activations to drive awareness and adoption. Monitor stock levels, sales data, and competitor activity; coordinate with the delivery team for timely replenishment. Collect market insights and customer feedback to guide marketing and product decisions. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Identify new sales opportunities and onboard new outlets in the territory. Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image. Desired Skills and Experience: 0–3 years of experience in sales, retail distribution, or the FMCG sector. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Knowledge of the Vijayawada market and outlet networks is a plus. Comfortable with mobility around the city and handling multiple outlets per day. Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.
