Job Description

Designation:

Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage strong relationships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and key channel partners.
Drive sales and achieve business targets through the IFA channel.
Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and presentations for IFAs to enhance product knowledge and business potential.
Monitor and analyze IFA business performance, providing strategies and support for growth.
Build strong connect with National Distributors (ND’s) and leverage partnerships for business expansion.
Ensure smooth onboarding, servicing, and retention of IFAs.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide timely insights to partners.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) for effective service delivery.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in Mutual Fund / AMC / BFSI industry.
Strong understanding of Mutual Funds, IFA ecosystem, and ND’s.
Proven track record of handling the IFA channel and achieving business targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and drive business initiatives in the assigned area.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education:

Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA/Finance preferred)
AMFI / NISM Certification mandatory
