Area Receivables Manager

Chola is looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our Consumer and Small Enterprise Loan Department as an Area Receivables Manager. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in field collections and a drive to excel in receivables management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee receivables for Consumer and Small Enterprise Loan portfolios.
• Lead and monitor field collection activities within the assigned area.
• Ensure timely recovery and maintain healthy portfolio performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Implement strategies to reduce delinquency and improve collection efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation (any discipline)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in field collection
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
