Role Overview: You will be responsible for demonstrating Tata Motors Leadership Competencies and Functional Competencies to drive the execution of strategies and ensure customer satisfaction. As a part of the team, you will play a key role in developing yourself and others, leading change, driving execution, leading by example, motivating self and others, and focusing on customer centricity.
