Full Time
Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing.
Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and in accordance with client-specific SLAs.
Optimize layout and storage systems to improve workflow and space utilization.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, coach, and manage warehouse staff including supervisors, team leads, and associates.
Develop labour schedules based on order volumes and operational needs.
Conduct performance evaluations and implement training programs for continuous development.
Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and reconciliation.
Utilize WMS and related technologies to track inventory and order flow.
Troubleshoot discrepancies and ensure proper documentation and resolution.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts within the facility.
Monitor and report on client KPIs and SLAs, ensuring performance targets are consistently met.
Support onboarding and integration of new clients and product lines into the operation.
Compliance & Safety:
Enforce compliance with all OSHA regulations and internal safety policies.
Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Conduct safety audits, investigations, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements using lean principles and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Transportation, Customer Service, and IT to drive operational enhancements.
Lead or participate in special projects including automation and system upgrades.
Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or fulfilment centre management, preferably in a 3PL environment.
Strong knowledge of WMS systems, inventory control, and order fulfilment processes.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP system experience a plus.
Familiarity with lean warehousing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience in e-commerce or omnichannel fulfilment.
Knowledge of transportation logistics and reverse logistics processes.
Experience managing a warehouse safety program.
Work Environment:
This position operates in a warehouse environment. The role requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Occasional evening or weekend work may be required depending on operational needs.
