Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Manager - Unsecured Loans located in Pune. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing loan servicing, managing loan portfolios, ensuring excellent customer service, and developing strategies to expand the company's loan business. Day-to-day tasks include supervising loan processing, evaluating loan applications, maintaining relationships with customers, and coordinating with financial institutions. The role demands proactive management of loan portfolios and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications

• Loan Servicing, Loan Management, and Portfolio Management skills
• Experience in Finance and Loans
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in financial regulations and compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in the lending industry is a plus
