Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Children’s Books

We are a fast-growing children’s book publishing company, seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to expand our presence in Jaipur, Ajmer, Udaipur, and Jodhpur.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets in assigned territories.
• Build strong relationships with schools, book distributors, bookstores, and educators.
• Organize and participate in book fairs, school events, and promotional activities.
• Identify new market opportunities and increase product visibility.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the management team.
• Travel extensively across the assigned cities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate, Post Graduate
• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales (publishing/education sector preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about children’s education books.
