Area Manager Sales

You will be responsible for actively promoting and selling livestock feed products to farmers, ranchers, and agricultural businesses. Your key duties will include developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. - Actively promote and sell livestock feed products - Develop and implement sales strategies - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients - Expand the customer base - Understand clients" needs and provide tailored solutions - Stay informed about the latest developments in livestock nutrition - Possess a deep understanding of the company's feed products - Collaborate with feed manufacturers and distributors - Ensure a consistent and reliable supply of products - Provide guidance to clients on proper feeding practices - Offer educational resources and troubleshooting assistance - Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities - Adapt sales strategies based on market demand - Complete necessary administrative tasks - Utilize technology and CRM systems for sales processes - Offer excellent customer service and address inquiries - Work towards achieving and exceeding sales goals You will be based in either Mangalore, Bangalore Rural, or Gangawati. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 15 years of experience in Animal Feed, Agriculture, Fertilizer, Seeds, Pesticides, or Veterinary/Dairy industries. Education requirements include any Graduate (B.Sc Agriculture preferred), M.Sc in Agriculture, or an MBA in Marketing. In addition to the key responsibilities, you are expected to have skills in Sales & Marketing, good communication, team management, leadership, and negotiation.
