Role Overview: You will be responsible for aggressively driving sales numbers and achieving business targets for home loans and cross selling to enhance client relationships. Retaining and expanding the company's customer base for home loan and LAP channel, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Additionally, you will maximize sales through various channels and manage relationships effectively to ensure strong business growth. Developing a robust business plan to improve disbursal patterns and identifying new builder/channel relationships to penetrate new markets will also be key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales numbers and achieve business targets for home loans and cross selling - Retain and expand the customer base for home loan and LAP channel - Maximize sales through a network of DSA/Direct Sales/CA/Builders - Increase penetration in approved APF projects - Develop a robust business plan to enhance disbursal patterns - Identify and develop new builder/channel relationships to penetrate new markets Sales Planning and Team Management: - Optimize team productivity by effectively leading the team of sales managers - Align with the team on ground lead generation activities - Lead and supervise the sales team for the implementation of growth agenda through training and motivation Industry & Governance: - Stay updated on market trends and competitor intelligence - Use market understanding to provide feedback for effective sales and marketing strategies - Ensure compliance with all Audit/NHB regulations and company processes Qualification Required: - Desired Experience: Minimum 5+ years in the field - Graduate: Yes - Masters/Postgraduate: Yes,
