We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Manager to lead our Motor Insurance vertical. The role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and expertise in building & managing a high-performing team
1) Manage and lead a team members to achieve sales & business targets in Motor Insurance.
2) Drive new business acquisition and renewals through agency, broking, dealers, and other channels.
3) Monitor team performance, set goals, and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly targets.
4) Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance productivity.
5) Build strong relationships with channel partners, dealers, and customers in the assigned area.
6) Analyze market trends and competitors activities to strategize business growth.
7) Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
1) Graduate / Postgraduate with 5 years of experience in General Insurance Motor Vertical.
2) Prior experience in team handling is a must.
3) Strong knowledge of Motor Insurance products (TP, OD, Add-ons).
4) Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
5) Ability to work independently in a virtual office setup and achieve business goals.
