Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Area Manager - IFA, responsible for managing and leading a team of Investment Financial Advisors (IFA) in Reliance Mutual Fund Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and management, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and lead a team of IFAs to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and expansion.
Provide guidance and support to IFAs to enhance their performance.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of financial markets and products.
