Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and managing agency channels for health. Your key tasks will include training and supporting insurance agents to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets. Monitoring and analyzing agent performance, providing regular feedback, and devising strategic sales plans to drive growth will also be part of your role. Building and maintaining strong relationships with agents to ensure high levels of satisfaction and conducting market analysis to identify new opportunities for agency development will be critical. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align agency strategies with overall business goals is also expected. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Additionally, you should possess 5-6 years of experience in sales and agency management, preferably in the insurance sector. A strong understanding of Health and General Insurance products, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to analyze performance data and market trends are essential. Strong leadership and team management skills, a results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets are also required for this role.,
