Job Description

As a Sales Manager for Auto Loan, your key functions will include: - Interacting regularly with Sales Managers to set targets & achieve required sales for Auto Loan. - Making joint calls with sales team, if required. - Providing inputs to develop marketing strategies and marketing support to Sales Staff. - Driving Sales Processes. - Managing Credit process and responsible for evaluating audit scores. - Being responsible for collection efficiency and co-ordination for process maintenance. - Ensuring the flow of accurate and complete information for customer proposals. - Managing processes within the steps-of-sale effectively and efficiently. - Providing market intelligence in terms of business, product & proposal. - Demonstrating consistency and maturity in sales forecasting processes. - Ensuring all reports are consistent in quality: accurate, complete and on time. - Achieving targets: penetration and cross sell. - Leading the team to meet the business targets of revenue and profitability of the branches under Area. - Controlling early delinquency. - Monitoring performance of Branches in terms of key drivers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Being responsible for smooth flow of process relating to Auto loan. - Understanding & management of Credit Risk, Pricing and Risk measurements.,
