Area Manager - Auto Loans

You will interact regularly with Sales Managers to set targets and achieve the required sales for Auto Loan. You may need to make joint calls with the sales team when necessary. Your input will be crucial in developing marketing strategies and providing marketing support to the Sales Staff. It will be your responsibility to drive the Sales Processes efficiently. You will be managing the Credit process and evaluating audit scores. Ensuring collection efficiency and coordinating for process maintenance will also fall under your purview. Accuracy and completeness of information for customer proposals should be maintained at all times. Efficient management of processes within the steps-of-sale is essential for you to excel in this role. Providing market intelligence in terms of business, product, and proposal will be key. You will need to demonstrate consistency and maturity in sales forecasting processes. Ensuring all reports are of consistent quality - accurate, complete, and submitted on time is a critical aspect of your responsibilities. Achieving targets in terms of penetration and cross-sell will be a focus area. You will lead the team to meet the business targets of revenue and profitability of the branches under your area. Controlling early delinquency and monitoring branch performance in terms of key drivers will be part of your daily tasks. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth flow of processes related to Auto loans. Understanding and managing Credit Risk, Pricing, and Risk measurements will be crucial for the success of the business.,
