Job Description As a **Cluster Sales Manager**, your role involves understanding the customer requirements and ensuring quick service delivery. You will constantly build relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business. Your responsibility includes managing weighted IRR for profitable growth and achieving profit targets for the cluster of locations assigned. Achieving sales targets set for the cluster by ensuring 100% compliance is crucial. Your role also involves staffing and grooming, team building, motivation, satisfaction, and minimizing attrition. You will ensure the delinquency ratio stays downbeat for your portfolio and assess training needs to accelerate your team's performance. Market penetration should be accomplished every month, and you will be responsible for identifying upcoming markets and setting up operations in those markets. Your effective operations, team management, and excellent relationship skills will be key to success. Introducing and implementing new marketing and sales promotion initiatives for the cluster by coordinating with the product team will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities - Managing Connectors sales and accountable for increasing profitable sales growth, as per targets. - Overall ownership of Connectors business for the locations/cluster assigned. - Understanding and Management of Business productivity. Qualifications Required - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Proven experience in sales management and team leadership. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions. - Previous experience in the relevant industry is preferred.,
