Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Shrinkage Control & Prevention

Monitor daily operations to identify potential areas of shrinkage and implement preventive measures.
Conduct regular audits of inventory, dispatch, receiving, and storage processes.
Track discrepancies and report variances to the Loss Prevention Manager.

2. Security & Compliance

Monitor CCTV footage and report suspicious activities.
Ensure adherence to company security SOPs across warehouse, hub, and delivery operations.
Support implementation of safety and risk management protocols.

3. Investigation & Reporting

Conduct internal investigations related to theft, pilferage, misconduct, and policy violations.
Prepare investigation reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Coordinate with HR and Operations teams for corrective actions.

4. Operational Support

Conduct surprise checks at hubs, stores, and delivery locations.
Monitor gate operations, including material movement and vehicle checks.
Support vendor and employee verification processes as per SOP.

Preferred candidate profiles

Strong attention to detail and high integrity.
Good communication and observation skills.
Basic understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
Ability to handle sensitive information and conduct discreet investigations.
Knowledge of CCTV monitoring and reporting.
