Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Offer expert Legal advice and opinions on non-litigation by doing scrutiny and Veting of Property Papers.
Follow Up with External Panel Advocates for Legal Reports and query resolutions.
Assist business team by providing legal opinion for creation of valid Mortgage.
Arrange Legal Training to branch business team.
Doing the clear and honest deal with intact integrity, Should not be involve in any kind of direct/ indirect interest in the transaction.
Interpret and ensure compliance with housing finance laws, regulations and guidelines relevant parties.
Tracking of PDDs

Skills & Qualifications

Team Handling.
Leadership Skills.
Team Management.
Comfortable with travel.
Maintaining synergy with Cross- Functional team.
Law Graduate.
Having Minimum 5-10 Years of experience in Non Litigation Role
Candidate preferred having experience in Affordable Housing Loan Segment.
