Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to oversee and grow sales operations in Amritsar, Chandigarh, and Bathinda. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the local market, have strong experience in dealer/distributor management, and demonstrate the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage strong understanding of the local market (Amritsar/Chandigarh/Bathinda) and product portfolio to increase market share.
• Manage and support dealers and distributors to ensure consistent performance and relationship development.
• Implement effective distribution strategies to improve reach and efficiency.
• Achieve assigned sales targets by executing planned sales activities and monitoring performance.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to support territory expansion.
• Plan and coordinate local marketing initiatives, promotions, and brand awareness activities.
• Drive distributor-led sales and ensure smooth functioning of operations in the assigned region.
• Desired Candidate Profile
• Strong sales acumen and proven ability in channel/distribution management.
• Deep understanding of territory-specific customer behavior and buying patterns.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent planning, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in electrical or consumer durable industry preferred.

Educational Qualifications

• UG: Any Graduate, preferably B.Tech/B.E.
