Area Head - Rural LAP

As an Area Head - LAP in the Rural Banking department, your primary role will be to lead the sales for Loan against Property product within the rural branch network in your defined area. Your focus should be on driving business and collections to meet the defined targets and standards, all while maintaining a customer-first philosophy.
