Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Trainer Performance & Discipline
- Oversee daily attendance, punctuality, and shift adherence of all trainers across assigned gyms.
- Implement and monitor daily trainer KPI dashboards (PT sales, sessions completed, transformations achieved).
- Conduct regular audits of training quality, communication, and service standards.
- Identify and correct performance gaps through coaching, retraining, or replacement when necessary.
- Enforce WTF standards of discipline, uniform, grooming, and professionalism.
2. Transformation & Client Result Delivery
- Ensure each gym achieves a minimum of
10 client transformations per month
. - Monitor client progress through BCA scans, workout tracking, and nutrition compliance reports.
- Build a structured review mechanism between trainers and clients every 15 days.
- Lead transformation review meetings weekly to track ongoing results.
- Collaborate with nutrition and academy teams to design standardised transformation protocols.
3. Personal Training Revenue
- Drive
average PT revenue of ?1,00,000+ per trainer per month
across the cluster. - Track daily and weekly PT sales conversions through dashboard reports.
- Conduct PT upselling workshops for trainers to improve conversion and retention.
- Audit trial sessions and ensure quality PT experiences for potential clients.
- Align PT targets with gym membership data and renewal cycles.
4. Trainer Development & Upskilling
- Identify training gaps and collaborate with
WTF Academy
for certification and upskilling programs. - Conduct bi-weekly technical and soft-skill training sessions for trainers.
- Develop high-performing trainers for leadership or advanced fitness roles.
- Maintain a record of certifications, progress reports, and competency mapping for all trainers in the cluster.
5. Member Experience & Retention Support
- Ensure all members receive personalised attention, feedback, and visible results.
- Audit member satisfaction through feedback forms and direct interactions.
- Handle escalated client issues related to trainer performance or workout dissatisfaction.
- Work closely with the
Area Sales & Operations Manager
to link fitness results with renewals.
6. Operational Compliance
- Conduct scheduled gym visits to verify trainer performance, attendance logs, and member progress.
- Ensure every gym adheres to SOPs related to training, scheduling, and client onboarding.
- Maintain data accuracy in the WTF CRM and trainer performance dashboards.
- Submit weekly cluster-level reports to the Regional Manager.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 48 years of experience in the
fitness industry
(preferably with multi-gym or large-format fitness chains). - Strong leadership background with proven ability to manage 100+ trainers across multiple locations.
- Excellent understanding of body composition, workout programming, nutrition, and transformation science.
- Strong data orientation and familiarity with CRM tools and performance dashboards.
- Passionate about fitness, member satisfaction, and operational discipline.
- Preferably ACE, ISSA, or NASM certified.
Compensation
Salary Range:
?60,000 ?80,000 per monthPerformance Bonus:
Based on PT revenue, transformation rate, and compliance score
Growth Path
- High-performing Area Fitness Managers can progress to
Regional Fitness Head
roles within 612 months, overseeing larger geographies and directly contributing to national-level performance metrics.
