Job Summary:

VANMOH CHIT FUNDS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven overseeing all operations, sales, and collection activities of assigned chit fund branches. This role involves acting as the primary branch-level in-charge, driving sales, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance. Area Development Manager will significantly contribute to branch growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

· Sales & Business Development: Drive sales targets for new customer enrolments, identify new business, and lead the branch sales and collection team.

· Branch Operations Management: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring seamless functioning and adherence to policies. Manage administration, record-keeping, and ensure excellent customer service.

· Sales Operations & Collection: Supervise the financial product lifecycle. Strategize and execute collection mechanisms for timely payments and minimized arrears. Monitor performance and ensure compliance.

· Team Leadership & Development: Train, and mentor branch staff, fostering a high-performance culture. Conduct reviews, provide feedback, and promote teamwork.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership, team management, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in sales operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and strategic decision-making.
  • Fluent in local languages.
  • Capable of independent work, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
