Job Description

As a Collection Manager in the Auto Loans portfolio, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Manage Bkt Collection, w-off recovery, sale of asset, and recovery on Loss on Sale. - Lead a team of Collection Managers to ensure efficient portfolio coverage. - Ensure that manpower levels meet CAPE norms for effective portfolio management. - Ensure 100% Mobile App usage and timely updating of quality feedback/trails. - Focus on Non starters and revenue collection to enhance portfolio performance. - Coordinate with the sales credit underwriting team to maintain portfolio quality. - Identify deployment of assets and meet with delinquent customers for recovery. - Initiate legal actions for critical cases and ensure repossession of assets in compliance with processes. - Develop strategies to control and minimize fraud losses. - Conduct audits of revenue streams to identify risks and implement corrective measures. - Ensure timely deposition of money without delays. Additionally, your key responsibilities include: - Ensuring collection efficiency in a timely manner. - Implementing effective cost management strategies. - Understanding and managing a healthy portfolio.,
