Area Collections Manager - Auto Loans

As a Collection Manager in the Auto Loans portfolio, your role involves overseeing the Bkt Collection, w-off recovery, sale of assets, and recovery on Loss on Sale. You will be responsible for managing a team of Collection Managers and ensuring adequate manpower for portfolio coverage meeting CAPE norms. Your specific focus will be on Non starters and revenue collection, ensuring Mobile App usage is 100%, and that quality feedback/trails are updated. You will also coordinate with the sales credit underwriting team for portfolio quality management and identify deployment of assets, as well as meeting with delinquent customers. Legal actions for critical cases and repossession of assets must be initiated in compliance with standard operating processes. Your responsibilities will also include devising strategies to control and minimize fraud losses, identifying risks through audits of existing revenue streams, and implementing corrective measures. Additionally, you are expected to ensure no delay in deposition of money.
