Review Shortfall MIS shared by HO Collection support team and verify against dues collected to arrive at a final list Determine shortfall targets for the respective area, based on the Shortfall MIS Allocate shortfall targets to Shortfall executives based on the area limits for each executives Get daily commitments from Shortfall Executives on a case to case basis (For example, Customer visits, Follow-up calls / visits, PTPs) and follow-up for EOD for achievement of the same Make calls, personal visits and follow-up / collect shortfall from customers for the respective area Inform customers about implications of refusing to pay shortfall (For example, legal actions employed by Chola (For example, Lok Adalat, Execution Petition, etc., cost of legal actions) and focus on recovering shortfall amount from customers Meet with co-applicants, references, guarantors and use various means to obtain information and try to recover shortfall from customers, as possible Request support from ABM / RBM for waivers (For example, Additional Finance Charges, Field Visit Charges, Cheque Bounce Charges, etc.) Provide insights to apply various styles and techniques to recover shortfall amount based on understanding of customer, situation, etc. Monitor and ensure team members resolve each case amicably and closure of loan through settlement, as required Review Shortfall MIS to track and analyse Area performance; Ensure diligent receipt management of Shortfall payments collected from customers Regularly monitor and control collection costs vs. budget
