Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team responsible for collection of outstanding dues from customers across assigned areas.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely recovery of loans and minimizing delinquencies.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collections efficiency and reduce write-offs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and optimize processes.
Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-6 years of experience in debt collection or related field (preferably in banking).
Strong understanding of Collection Management principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
Proven track record of achieving targets through effective team handling and strategy implementation.
