Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting Customer Service Points (CSPs), ensuring business growth through field visits, query resolution, and active coordination with partner banks.

Key Responsibilities:

• CSP Visits:

Ensure 100% regular visits to assigned CSPs to maintain strong relationships and monitor performance.

• Market Sourcing:

Identify and source new business opportunities and files from the market to meet targets.

• Query Resolution:

Address and resolve queries raised by CSPs promptly and effectively.

• CSP Support:

Provide necessary training, guidance, and ongoing assistance to CSPs to improve service quality and business output.

• Bank Coordination:

Visit banks to submit CSP documentation, follow up on approvals, and ensure smooth operational processes.

• Reporting:

Maintain accurate reports of field visits, sourcing activities, and CSP feedback.

• Compliance:

Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with company and bank policies.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred in business or related fields).
• Prior experience in field sales, BFSI, or CSP management is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a field team.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,710.71 - ₹30,701.55 per month
