Area Business Manager - Neurolife

As a Sales Executive at Abbott, your role is crucial in achieving sales targets assigned to the area, territory-wise, and brand-wise every month. You will be responsible for preparing a beat plan for your region, allocating targets and inputs accordingly, and monitoring them regularly to drive secondary sales effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve sales targets assigned to the area, territory-wise, and brand-wise every month - Prepare a beat plan for the region, allocate targets and inputs accordingly, and monitor them regularly - Ensure implementation of company strategies in the market place, including campaigns and promotions - Launch and nurture international brands, ensuring short and long-range sales volumes are achieved - Train and develop the knowledge and skills of the TBMs assigned to build their competencies - Profile towns and customers to improve the productivity of territories - Maintain customer contact to enhance prescription share Qualifications Required: - 4-5 years of pharma sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role - B. Pharm / M.
