Looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive growth of the dental portfolio. The role involves team leadership, key account management, strong field execution, and operational excellence across the assigned territory.
Achieve sales targets, market share, and growth objectives for the assigned area.
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to ensure productivity and capability building.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists, implantologists, prosthodontist, periodontists, and oral surgeons.
Execute product launches, CMEs, workshops, conferences, and promotional activities.
Prepare and submit sales reports, performance to drive, trends, and market performance dashboards, and territory reviews.
Analyse sales data, trends, and market performance to drive corrective actions.
