Job Description

As an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical sales domain, you will be responsible for a range of key activities to drive sales and team performance. Your role will include: - Achieving assigned Area/TBM wise sales targets and supporting your team to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly targets. - Ensuring brand & product wise target achievement while conducting activities and programs aligned with the division's strategy. - Developing and mentoring your team for their next level of growth. - Monitoring areas stock availability of all products with all stockists in the assigned area. - Guiding your team members to achieve division wise primary & secondary targets by providing necessary support. - Monitoring brand wise & value wise month on month sales progression and guiding TBMs on critical doctor conversion and engagement. - Analyzing stockist statements to accurately forecast sales for all top stockists and driving the team towards the execution of business strategies. - Preparing sales plans for the month, identifying barriers, and opportunities to overcome target deficits. - Monitoring team performance, identifying gaps, and helping bridge them; developing TBMs field effectiveness. - Monitoring team's effort parameter, execution of strategies, and identifying the correct mix of doctors and distributors. Qualifications required for this role include: - Background in B. Sc/B. Pharma or Post Graduate/Graduated from any other field with a strong education and performance track record. - 2 to 4 years of prior/current experience as a First Line Manager in the same therapy. - Experience in MNCs or top Indian Pharma companies is advantageous. - Effective communication and analytical skills are essential for this role. Your previous/current experience in the same therapy and background in MNCs or top Indian pharma companies will be beneficial in fulfilling the responsibilities of this position.
