Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform method development for assay, related substances, and residual solvents using HPLC.

Execute method validation activities as per ICH guidelines. Conduct routine analysis for method optimization and troubleshooting. Prepare and review analytical method development reports (AMDR) and method validation protocols/reports (MVP/MVR).

Ensure instruments (HPLC, GC, UV) are calibrated and maintained.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, QA, Process R&D) for timely project completion.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge in HPLC technique (Waters/Agilent or equivalent systems).
Good understanding of ICH Q2(R1) guidelines.
Experience in handling Lab solutions software and on or other non-chromatographic software.
Ability to troubleshoot HPLC issues and optimize methods.

Qualification:

M.Sc. (Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry) or Pharm

Experience: 1 to 4 Years in AR&D (API industry preferred)
