ARCS Consultant

We are looking for an experienced ARCS Consultant to implement, configure, and support Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) solutions. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional finance and technology teams to streamline and automate account reconciliation processes, improve visibility and control, and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead or support the implementation of Oracle ARCS, including design, configuration, data integration, and testing. Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design end-to-end reconciliation workflows and rules. Set up profiles, formats, rules, and automation logic within ARCS to meet business needs. Configure integrations with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) to load balances and transactions. Design and execute test cases for system validation (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing). Provide training, user documentation, and post-go-live support for business users. Monitor reconciliation cycles, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of reconciliation exceptions. Support ongoing enhancements, performance tuning, and ARCS system maintenance.
