Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • You will specialize in one of two key functional areas: Time & Absence or Core HR & Workday Help. You will act as the primary liaison between the end users, local and global HR operations teams and the HR functional support team to ensure the needs of the business are fully understood and met, whilst also ensuring the product capabilities and innovation roadmap is fully understood and plans are in place to maximise process adoption and value realisation.
  • You will work closely with the global process owner(s) and product manager(s) ensuring that the HR processes are optimized to meet the needs of HR operation teams, managers and our employees, including make analyses, prepare decision making by drafting requirements for process design, ensure up to date process flows and standard operating procedures, identifying opportunities for optimization, and driving user adoption.
  • Functional Expertise:

    Become a subject matter expert in your designated Workday functional area (Time & Absence or Workday Help & Core HR). Develop a deep understanding of the process and functional capabilities and how they align with our HR processes and strategic goals. Designs and executes user testing scenarios to validate Workday configurations, updates, and changes, ensuring they meet functional requirements.
  • ProcessDesign and Implementation:

    You are the co-architect of our HR processes! You will help to design and implement global processes based on (new) requirements or if needed for specific local solutions, while keeping the global standards as the starting point.
  • Process Optimization and Improvements:

    Bottlenecks? You track them down! You analyze, optimize, and improve processes to enhance the employee experience, and drive business value. Efficiency, effectiveness and end user experience are your drivers. You prepare decision making with the correct formulation of requirements.
  • Data Analysis:

    Data is your best friend! You collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure and improve processes. Using dashboards, you monitor performance and collaborate with experts to share knowledge and best practices or to take the necessary improvement actions.
